We currently have a newly created opportunity for an Account Service Manager to be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.   Reporting to the Region Services Manager you will be part of a close-knit, fun and professional team.  You will be an energetic self-starter with initiative to achieve results and have customer satisfaction at the top of your mind.

Responsibilities

  • Provides a Single Point of Contact and accountability and is responsible for the end to end delivery of all contracted Aruba support services to designated major HPE customers.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior level customer management and is widely regarded as the customer’s trusted advisor.
  • Promoting customer satisfaction through the effective delivery of support services, proactive management of issues that could impact service delivery and the identification/implementation of service improvement programs.
  • Responsible for all operational and tactical issues related to the contracted services and manages performance metrics, reporting, escalation and customer communication.
  • Ensuring performance goals are met for all in scope services across all towers. Identifies and analyses gaps and implements corrective action plans as required.
  • Promoting growth within the account by identifying and in collaboration with sales, pursuing all available incremental revenue opportunities.

Education and Experience

  • First Level University Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7 years + relevant industry experience.
  • ITIL/ITSM knowledge is desirable
  • Ability to build and manage strong customer relationships.
  • Influence and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to apply business management and financial concepts in order to analyse business needs.
  • Ability to prepare clear, concise and persuasive communications for multiple audiences, including demonstrating effective writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and analyse an issue or problem in order to implement a corrective action plan.
  • Ability to effectively manage risk on low to medium risk projects.
  • Ability to identify and drive Continuous Improvement Plans.
  • Industry sector knowledge (finance, manufacturing, etc.).
