We have a new opportunity for a Level 2 Desktop Support Technician with great customer service skills to service a large corporation. This is a genuine opportunity to move your career in the right direction and utilise your people and technical skills at the same time.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing IT assistance to support hardware and software installation and troubleshooting as well as:
- Ensuring that the requests get closed and customer satisfied
- Establish and enhance relationship with customers
- Basic knowledge on other technology like IOS, MAC, Android and other non-organisational supported devices
- Basic Admin knowledge on Exchange and One Drive
- Ensure that quality is used as a tool to improve customer satisfaction and enhance service delivery
- Response & closure of calls within committed norms
This position will require:
- Exceptional communication skills
- A great can-do attitude, happy to get involved wherever required
- Enthusiasm and a passion for customer service
- A genuine interest in Technology & the drive to learn
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment
To be successful:
- You must have previous Desktop support experience in large enterprise environment
- Demonstrated experience in customer service
- Managing end user expectations
