About the role
  • Strong client relationship and people management skills, with the proven ability to develop trust and credibility
  • Contribute to improving customer support by active responding to queries and handling complaints
  • Monitoring the support queue, ensuring our service levels are maintained for both responding and closing requests
  • Organising client site visits to avoid minimal business disruption interstate travel on occasion
  • Manage, monitor, implement and troubleshoot server and network infrastructure
  • Manage user accounts for SAAS business applications
  • Maintain master laptop image as the SOE, (standard operating environment)
  • Maintain & support mobile phone fleet


What we are looking for? 
  • Strong skills in Windows, AD, Exchange, O365 - min 3 years 
  • Virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V) – min 3 years
  • Proven work experience as a help desk team leader
  • Hands on experience with help desk and remote control software
  • Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
  • Customer services oriented with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Persistent approach to time management
  • High levels of enthusiasm, energy and resourcefulness
  • High degree of accountability and attention to detail
  • Proven experience with configuration and management of business- class Routers and Firewalls.
