Opportunity for an experienced BA with consumer products, merchandising   experience to play a key role in our client’s technology transformation programs. The goal is to establish durable business models that improve operational efficiencies stronger market presence along with enhancement of branding rank. Responsibilities

• Determine business requirements for multiple business clients developing singular Business Analysis conclusions
• Gain a detailed knowledge of the process across the organisation
• Prepare business needs and progress requirements to a detailed Business Requirements spec using the As-is and To-be processes
• Work closely with both business and technology development teams in preparation of specifications having an understanding of the technical changes required
• Where possible and from a high-level standpoint contribute to system architecture and design
• Uphold good communications and relationships with all stakeholders

  
Key Requirements

• 5+ years Business Analysis experience in a large scale commercial environments
• Experience and knowledge of any of the following:
  • Consumer Products, Wholesale and Retail FMCG or Merchandising
• Familiarity with retail product life cycle processes  
• Project experience involving ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, JDA, Infor,
• Excellent awareness of Waterfall and Agile processes
• Personality of a diplomat, responsive and a very good listener
• Strong business delivery focus
• Experience and interest in technology output and the overall development processes
• Proven team membership skills with first rate communication experience with all stakeholders
