This is a great opportunity join a large, multi-national organisation who provide integrated property and facility services. They are looking for a SharePoint Business Analyst to provide strategic direction, architecture and support to their SharePoint platform and O365-related tool-set. You will assume a hands-on approach to manage the end-to-end life cycle of the continuous improvement of the platform, while being the key point of SharePoint expertise for both the business and technology.
  
You will bring to the role:

• Experience with administration of Office 365 and SharePoint Online, including SharePoint site administration, configuration and security management
• Australian Citizenship required
• Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting requirements with an ability to articulate concepts from a business perspective and to translate them into technical requirements.
• Ability to work with vendors to define scopes of work and deliver appropriate solutions for the business.
• Promote the platform, usage and good practices across the business and drive continuous improvement
• Establish appropriate communication and continual education for the business on their platform, collaboration tools and usage.
• Ability to produce documentation to the appropriate level of technical and business detail.
• Knowledge of Content Management, UX and accessibility standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot level 1 SharePoint issues and work with the vendor to resolve level 2 issues.
