You will use your knowledge and experience related to creating Salesforce.com solutions, enterprise technical design, best practices and implementation of the Salesforce.com suite of products to our diverse range of customers. You will be expected to have core consulting skills combined with leading Salesforce.com technical competency and enterprise implementation experience with all core Salesforce.com tools, offerings and products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Specialise in the design and implementation of the Salesforce platform, advising on  recommendations and seeing that vision through to reality

  • Problem solve and explore alternative solutions, outcomes, propose solutions and ‘’think outside the box"

  • An ambition to drive innovative, disruptive business transformation

  • Autonomy as you will be working with little supervision

  • Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge levels and acumen specific to understanding underlying client business problems and developing Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that addresses the needs of customers

  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business process, systems, models, requirements, and user needs.

  • Able to work with other team members to formulate and implement complex systems / solutions that parallel overall business strategies that will foster growth and continuity.

  • Works effectively individually, with AFDigital team members, and customer team members toward customer satisfaction and success

  • Takes direction from project team members and immediate supervisor, but takes initiative and shows leadership when appropriate

  • Is able to exercise independent judgment on client engagements

  • Demonstrates the ability to perform Salesforce.com administration / configuration / data migration / integration duties as directed

  • Is able to effectively facilitate meetings, take accurate notes and demonstrate brainstorming / consensus building skills

  • Working closely with project teams right from pre-sales to delivery

  • Development, integration and implementation projects and providing technical consulting throughout the process.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to other up and coming consultants.

  • Have you developed solutions to business problems and how did you articulate it?

  • Confidently lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions

 

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

  • Hands-on / project delivery experience with Salesforce as a Consultant, business analyst, functional consultant, developer and/or solution architect

  • Proven client-facing or Consulting experience within a reputable professional services organisation

  • Certifications in Salesforce Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Platform Developer I or II

  • Specific product-based experience or knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud (highly desirable)

  • 3 - 5 years of experience with Salesforce.com architecture, Apex, Visual Force, Triggers and Classes;

  • At least 3 years' experience in implementing advanced formulas and workflow rules to enforce business processes;

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related areas;

  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

  • Project management experience preferred

  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to around 80%)

  • Knowledge around Agile methodology or Certified Scrum Master preferred, but not required.

  • Ability to learn quickly and think creatively

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary

  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies

  • Experience with architecting solutions and undertaking advisory work

  • The ability to be able to support/coach junior developers/consultants

  • Competent with gathering requirements using agile practices like user stories, information modelling and detailed analysis.

  • We are looking for someone who is commercially astute and can work on delivery of Salesforce solutions with clients and build future roadmaps too.

  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Apex Classes, Visualforce Triggers (Other coding languages are advantageous)

  • Implementation experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Communities

  • Professional and friendly with focus on customer service

  • Experience working with international clients

  • Works well with Filipinos and Foreigners
