This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of worldwide Consulting Project Managers, helping to drive business transformation for our strategic customers. As a member of the expanding Customer Success Services Organization you will play a key role in the delivery of compelling consulting solutions that will increase adoption of our exceptional products and ensure customer success. Reporting into the Asia Pacific PM lead, you will work closely with colleagues in delivery management, business development, sales and customer success management. If you have the skills to balance the competing demands of scope, time, cost, quality, project requirements and interpersonal dynamics and are passionate about the success of your projects and your customers, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic projects from initiation through close-out, including: scope and cost management, resource management, risk and quality management, customer relationship management, revenue forecasting and change management
• Collaborate with other functions to develop proposals, scopes of work, resource plans, pricing estimates, and schedules
• Provide compliance with customer and internal reporting requirements
• Manage internal team members and external partners to meet project objectives and customer business goals
• Manage conflict and help team members establish open, collaborative relationships
• Maintain enthusiasm, energy and focus in a variety of circumstances
• Translate project objectives and vision into clear goals for the team

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will be a smart, resourceful and resilient self ‐ starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment where initiative and innovation are required.

• 4+ years of project management experience in a software/IT environment
• Degree qualified
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to travel occasionally within Australia and New Zealand

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management qualification (e.g. PMP)
• Experience of working within consulting organizations, systems integrators or hardware vendors, who implement projects for strategic customers
• Knowledge of Architecture, Engineering & Construction or manufacturing industries
