Full Stack .NET Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack .Net CMS Developer in our Sydney office to build highly efficient, user-friendly, web and mobile-based experiences. Someone who has a keen curiosity and interest in digging into APIs to find new and interesting ways to create new utilities.

We work in a fast paced environment with multi-tasking is paramount. You would evaluate and recommend platforms and tools to solve business problems. Candidate should be a self-starter, be able to lead technical discussions, be self-motivated as well as have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance for integration and implementation of Front End Interfaces
• Help designers with fleshing out designs that are obtainable
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize activities while also making sound decisions based on the known facts
• Must possess excellent troubleshooting skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Work closely with the other teams including Creative, User Experience, Business Leadership, Analytics and Digital PMs.
• Study, research and evaluate new technologies, systems and procedures and implement and educate other agency personnel on those discoveries

Skills & Requirements:

• .NET and Episerver CMS skills are imperative
• Proven experience developing high-level applications with a focus on object-oriented programming
• Expertise with responsive design, HTML5, CSS (LESS/SASS), JavaScript (jQuery), SVGs and utilization of web APIs
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Angular 4.0 or React desirable.
• Expertise in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment. 
• Working knowledge with CMS, ex: Umbraco, Sitecore, Episerver, Kentico is desirable.
• An expert understanding of the MVC development pattern
• Experience with Git versioning systems
• Working knowledge with cloud technologies developing integrations with business-critical systems like ERP, CRM, DAM, or other third party integrations.
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong ability to explain complex subjects in simple, easy to understand terms
• Resourceful problem solver
• Uncompromising attention to detail
• Can perform as a leader with minimal supervision
• Certification a plus

There is an opportunity for this role to become a tech lead, mentoring and developing other developers.
