About the Role
Due to ongoing growth within our business, CFL are recruiting a Senior Application Analyst to join our Information Systems team in a permanent full-time position. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Applications, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking for a role where they can manage the lifecycle of all on-premise and cloud IT applications and ensure business outcomes are successfully met.
The key duties of this role will include:
- Developing and maintaining enterprise application standards
- Maintaining and enhancing deployed applications to ensure effective return against changing organisational requirements
- Designing and implementing the application security model in alignment with organisational risk frameworks and industry best practice
- Maintenance and testing of the application recovery plan as part of the overall IT disaster recovery plan
- Maintaining current industry knowledge on application, integration and reporting solutions
- Development of solution requirements documents and assessing new applications for support of organisational needs and alignment to applications standards
- Implementation of application solutions as part of project deployments
- Uptime of Information Technology solutions in meeting business outcomes
- Reviewing application usage for effectiveness and engaging with business leaders on improved usage and training opportunities
About You
To be successful in this role, you possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Business or related discipline
- Advanced experience in Business Analysis, Architecture, application design, implementation and lifecycle management
- Demonstratable experience with MS SQL and .Net package
- Demonstrated business experience in application governance through lifecycle stages as well as IT governance
- Demonstrated business experience in application project management
- Effective and efficient interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem identification, prioritisation and resolution skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
