About the Role...
We are currently seeking candidates with significant IT service management experience who can deliver IT Service Management projects for our clients

The Successful candidate will act as a mentor and leader for the team with ITSM and ServiceNow implementation. 

• Process capability maturity assessments and roadmap development
• Future state definitions based on organisational objectives
• Development and implementation of policy, process and work instruction
• Development and delivery of training materials
• Providing advice as to the most appropriate manner of implementing and adopting the respective ITIL processes for each organisation
• Establishing the timeframe, resource needs, risk profile and management and control measures for successful implementation (the specific steps required to 'Go Live' aligned to any supporting technical/tool activities)
• ITSM and ServiceNow implementation – training on ServiceNow will be provided by DXC prior to commencing the project
  
We are looking beyond the operational and transitional for this role, the successful candidate will be involved in engagements on behalf of our clients in areas such as:
• IT Service Portfolio Management and Service Catalogue Design
• Service Management Strategy and Design (Demand, Capacity, Availability, IT Service Continuity, etc.)
• Service Level Management and Supplier Design
• Service Partnership (business relationship, integration and change)
 
About you...
Ideally, the successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in providing IT Service Management advisory services and will have managed transformations and led the organisational change aspects of projects, and will have worked with a diverse range of customers in both the public and private sectors, including:.

• Proven experience in implementing or improving IT Service Management capability across a variety of organisations
• IT Service Management experience having managed or supported multiple IT Service Management operational teams or projects within large organisations
• Developed ITSM or ITIL related services, processes and documentation
• Experience in ServiceNow (Desirable)
• Highly developed communication, liaison, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, including workshop facilitation
• The ability to interface with varying stakeholders including senior management, business users and technical stakeholders
