The Role
We are seeking a talented Service Desk Analyst who is highly motivated and has the ability to work autonomously and in a team. You will use your experience in IT support to provide support to end users over the phone, remotely and at times face to face.
Your daily duties will include:
- Providing exemplary customer service to end users through effective communication
- Managing IT incidents from start to finish
- Working in an ITIL driven environment
- Troubleshooting incidents relating to the Microsoft stack e.g. Active directory, exchange, outlook, windows server
- Troubleshooting incidents relating to PC hardware, Video conferencing tools and CRM software
