In this role your main responsibility is to help maximise network availability and functionality to achieve their business goals.
- You will deliver the technologies, solutions and services.
- You will need to develop a detailed knowledge of your customer's network, critical sites, operating procedures and provide escalation support for critical network outages and complex network issues.
- You will ideally have worked in a fast-paced as a visible contributor delivering on commitments you need to be a creative problem solver, with the ability to rapidly respond to escalated issues.
Mandatory technical requirements :
· NEXUS Platform
· RADWARE
· Checkpoint
· Routing / Switching
· LAN / WAN
· ITIL and a level of change management
Other details to consider before applying:
Atleast 5 years experience.
