Change Analyst (Communications)

6 Month Contract
Urgent Role, Immediate Start
Change & Communications

Green Light are looking for a Change Analyst to assist one of our Leading Telco clients in Sydney.

Ideally you will come from a strong Process background and have the desire to move into a more change focused role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support training (provide guidance, create sims and work instructions)
Change request – updates or create new maps
Migration business continuity process maps
Process support for migration
Transition business continuity process maps
Transition process support
Remainder processes (change of ownership, CVT processes, workbooks, SMS to 13 etc)
Merge all processes to publish
