The Company

Attribute Group is working with a leading IT Strategy & Consulting business on a short-term engagement for one of their reputable clients. We are looking for an experienced HR Lead Business Analyst for an initial 6-month contract with a high likelihood of extension. The position is to join a market leader and help them implement their new HRIS strategy.

The Role

The Lead Business Analyst with be responsible for the end-to-end management of requirements throughout the implementation of new process experience software and HR Systems, such as Workday. You will be required to communicate, report and engage with different stakeholders across the business at various levels.
  
  
Responsibilities
  • Working with multiple stakeholders to redefine HR systems and process experience
  • Develop and implement business processes across HR and Payroll
  • End-to-end management of solution requirements
  • Management of overall BA practices and delivery
  
Experience Required
  • Strong Lead Business Analyst experience
  • Experience working with new HR systems & process experience
  • Experience implementing and/or upgrading Workday software is preferable
  • Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated information management competency
  • Experience in agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Understanding current “AS IS” and “TO BE” processes with accessing impacts to existing processes with strong skills in BPMN process mapping and use of Visio  
  • Knowledge and application of system software. E.g. HRIS solutions
  • Skills in developing and modifying work processes, technology, and/or products
  • Effective team-player and team management skills
   
Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related disciplines
