You will be actively involved with level 2 service desk escalations across a variety of technologies. Previous experience in a managed services business would be highly beneficial and desirable.
In this role you will contribute as a key technical member on systems maintenance, and level 2 escalations.
About You:
- Experience in administering and supporting large enterprise environments
- Office 365
- Windows Server 08 - 2012
- Exchange, Active Directory
- Relevant industry or technology certification
- Ability to work weekends required
