A Government owned corporation based in Parramatta is urgently seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join them on an initial 3 month contract to provide ongoing level 2 and 3 support on an Oracle Financials system implementation.
As the position is to start ASAP we need someone who is capable of hitting the ground running, you will need to have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing 2nd and 3rd level support on the Oracle Financials program and a good understanding of its language so you can provide support on modifications. You will also have strong problem solving skills coupled with excellent communication skills to be able deal with both technical and non-technical stake holders as well as internal customers.
The role will also involve identifying and resolution of bugs. Your interpersonal skills will have to be strong as you’ll be working with other teams throughout the contract.
