We are seeking candidates who have extensive experience in change management in the public sector environment, be able to demonstrate experience in ICT related change management initiatives and user experience with corporate systems such as ServiceNow, Aurion11, FinanceOne, eRecruit.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Highly developed communication, people and leadership skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of contemporary approaches to organisation culture and change management.
  • Extensive change management experience working in the public-sector environment.
  • 5 plus years’ experience working in change management.
  • Experience working in ICT related change management initiatives.
  • Ability to deliver timely and accurate advice as well as an analysis of the data.
  • User experience with corporate systems such as ServiceNow, Aurion11 and FinanceOne, eRecruit and identity access management (desirable).
  • PROSCI Certification (desirable)
Deliverable's of the role will be:-

Designing, developing and implementing a master data management capability that will enable the business area to manage and report human capital accurately. 

Work closely with the project manager, planning, and defining and delivering project centric change management and communication activities.  These include undertaking a detailed change impact and communication plan to help to inform the required change and communication products.

Responsibilities will be:-
  • Development of a project Stakeholder Engagement Plan
  • Development and execution of the project
    Change Management Plan
  • Development and execution of the project Communications Plan
  • Monitoring and Reporting progress against the Change Management Plan, including identification of risks and issues
  • Continuously inform the facilitation of the Communication Plan
  • Business Readiness Assessment, in consultation with key business stakeholders
  • Manage stakeholder relationships
  • Release regular communications and updates to stakeholders and staff impacted by the project
  • Develop training material for processes impacted by the project.
Note that a security clearance of Baseline and above will be highly regarded and only Australian Citizens may apply due to the nature of the role and Department.
