The program manager will be responsible for providing end to end program management of deliverables to a program to improve the ticketing experience for NSW Transport Customers. In addition, the job will include the management of the current ORP Application to the CPC and the design and delivery of a customer self-service web portal.

Description
- Program Management of all deliverables relating to the program scope
- Interfacing with internal Subject Matter Experts and other internal stakeholders
- Vendor Management including evaluation of commercial submissions and payment claims
- Development and regular update of project plans
- Management of resources, costs and scope
- Preparation and presentation of reports and status updates
- Other ad hoc program management tasks as required
Profile
- 10+ years demonstrated experience in similar Program/Project manager roles in complex environments
- Excellent commercial management skills and experience managing vendors
- Solid technical payments experience, report development, data structures, data dictionaries, data analysis, reporting specifications
- 5+ years working in technical environments that require close working relationship with business stakeholders
- Exposure to large programs of work with complex architectures and integration
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Excellent communication skills, including writing effective business documentation, such as reports, briefings, presentations and options papers, together with the ability to verbally communicate the key ideas presented in the documentation
- Strong analytical skills - both qualitative and quantitative - with the ability to assimilate information quickly, and present
