You are:

You’re a Change Analyst or Junior Change Manager who ideally has experience delivering change & communications across human capital projects, ideally Workday.

As a Change Analyst, you'll have extensive experience creating and developing content for change and communication artefacts, as well as supporting your Change Lead across all change responsibilities including maintaining all Change & comms templates, user adoption designs & training materials. 

You will bring with you excellent stakeholder management skills and will be agile & adaptive in your approach, with the ability to successfully navigate uncertainty.  

The role:

Supporting the Change Lead, you'll manage change & comms across a very large Workday implementation. Sitting within a project team of fifteen, you'll have the opportunity to work with very talented people, both within the project and within the business.

With a focus on process re-engineering & organisation re-design it will be hugely beneficial for you to have a background in human capital, if not Workday than other platforms such as Success Factors will be still highly regarded.
 
Initially a 9-month fixed term contract, there will be opportunities to move into a permanent role in 2019.

Requirements / Skills:

• Strong experience as a Change Analyst or a couple of years as a Change Manager
• Experience working across human capital projects, ideally a Workday implementation 
• Strong business-facing & stakeholder management skills
• Excellent ability to work with various business units
• Process orientated
• A flexible & pragmatic approach 
• Ability to navigate large, complex firm & be adaptive
