Melbourne CBD based technology solutions company are looking for a Application Support Team Lead to join and help with driving their level 1 and 2 support function and pushing a strong focus on customer support. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Making sure team are responding to tickets in a timely manner 
  • Documentation for support team to aid in tickets
  • Maintain relationship with customer and up selling where possible
  • Creating training documents for clients when needed
  • Communicate technical issues from clients to development team
  • Product testing

Skills required:

  • 5 years in a tech/product support role
  • 2 years in a Senior position ideally with leadership and mentoring
  • Experience in ERP or CRM or Connectwise desirable 
  • Ticketing Zendesk Fresh Desk
  • Accounting principles and packages
