Melbourne CBD based technology solutions company are looking for a Application Support Team Lead to join and help with driving their level 1 and 2 support function and pushing a strong focus on customer support.
Responsibilities include:
- Making sure team are responding to tickets in a timely manner
- Documentation for support team to aid in tickets
- Maintain relationship with customer and up selling where possible
- Creating training documents for clients when needed
- Communicate technical issues from clients to development team
- Product testing
Skills required:
- 5 years in a tech/product support role
- 2 years in a Senior position ideally with leadership and mentoring
- Experience in ERP or CRM or Connectwise desirable
- Ticketing Zendesk Fresh Desk
- Accounting principles and packages
