Australian Computer Traders is an ex-Government IT hardware supplier servicing public, business, education and government clients throughout Australia.
We are currently seeking to employ a mature minded and motivated ‘ IT Technician’ based out of East Brisbane. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the output for a busy workshop which includes customer orders and repairs.
Tasks will include:
- Testing and imaging laptops, PC’s and other IT assets.
- Hardware repair, diagnosis, troubleshooting, screen replacements, upgrades etc.
- Providing technical guidance and support to team members and customers.
- General warehouse duties as necessary.
This is a busy warehouse/workshop environment and requires the successful person to be able to demonstrate the ability to coordinate multiple priorities at any given time.
To be successful you MUST:
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be proactive, motivated and responsible
