WHAT YOU WILL MANAGE & GROW

• Providing IT support in relation to connectivity for medical devices in hospitals throughout Australia. 
• Providing installation, upgrades and support of proprietary software in network environments nationally.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving both software and network related issues in both physical and virtualised environments.
• Time-critical project management of new installation projects including liaising with customers to obtain access required for projects to proceed.
• This role can be based in NSW or VIC and you will be required to travel approx. once per month, interstate.

WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?

• You will be a self-starter, able to work both independently and in a team. 
• You will be focused on consistent and reliable customer service. 
• You will be helpful, with a can-do attitude.
• You will be capable of managing multiple concurrent projects, with at least 3 years' experience in Network/IT Administration and Windows server management.
• You will have experience with software and database installation including .NET framework installations and general knowledge on web-servers e.g. MS IIS and Apache and a working knowledge of firewall configuration and understanding of HL7 comms, VMWare / HyperV / SAAS / Cloud services, with preferably experience with Framework / C# programming and MS SQL.
