In this role you will provide IT support to our customers by phone and remote access tools whilst gaining exposure to a range of current technologies including:
- Microsoft BI
- Microstrategy
- AWS
- Desktop, server and virtual environments
- JIRA
- Opportunity to learn SQL & Analytics
Experience
- IT qualifications and IT support experience
- Sound technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills (a must)
- Strong customer focus
- Ability and desire to learn new technologies and systems
- Team player
