Change & Communication Analyst 

Our client a large organisation in the Transport sector is seeking an experienced Change and Communication and Change Analyst. The successful candidate will be someone who has a can-do attitude, bring energy and enthusiasm and who can work collaboratively to deliver desired outcomes.

The Opportunity
The Change and Communications Analyst is responsible for the development and delivery of targeted change management plans, communications and activities.

Responsibilities - Functional & Organisational 
  • Ensure that change related processes and tasks reflect and address change complexities 
  • Execute key change activities and deliverables across the life of program e.g. Impact Analysis, stakeholder identification and analysis, change readiness analysis, risk mitigation planning and change communications in an innovative & digitised way. 
  • Establish and manage a process to support stakeholder relationships, acting to ensure that resistance to change is minimised and employee engagement is maximised.
  • Track and proactively manage stakeholder management activities and issues.
  • Recognise and optimise the benefits of workplace health and wellness.
  • Encourage and contribute to the transformation of culture to one which is inclusive, agile, open, trusting and respectful.
  • Seek and implement continuous improvement within the business that is focussed on having the lowest cost base, improved productivity and effectiveness
  • Implement and execute monitoring and measurement activities for all change activities.
  • Analyse outputs and offer recommendations to the Change and Communications Manager.

Qualification 
Relevant tertiary studies or qualifications of a suitable business discipline, preferably with human resource, change or organisational development focus.  
At least three  years of change management experience.
Demonstrated experience in managing change within a digital transformation program.  
Proven skills and knowledge in managing change for high profile, digital transformation programs.
