PM-Partners group is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a solid Project Management and Consulting or Pre-Sales background to join our team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of Delivery, this role will see you working across an ASX top 100 client portfolio.

The Service Delivery function offers variety across different products and services, clients and sectors, transformation initiatives and teams. This role will draw upon your blended skillset utilizing your project/program/or PMO background, account management and commercial acumen. In this capacity you will act as both the clients point of contact for any questions or escalations whilst overseeing team activities client side.

To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and experience: 
•    10+ years’ Project Management experience, delivering large and complex projects end-to-end. 
•    Experience working in a Service Delivery function, Consulting or Pre-Sales capacity.
•    Ability to drive a team towards a deliverable or outcome.
•    Strong people and client management capability. 
•    Sound commercial acumen and commercial awareness. 
•    Ability to identify any concerns early on and take immediate action to resolve them. 
•    Customer oriented with a strong desire to put the client first. 
•    The ability to identify opportunities and communicate them back to the Account Director
•    Senior stakeholder management experience. 
•    Experience implementing and administering the right level of governance and process.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good attention to detail.
•    Project Management or other relevant Qualifications and Certifications will be highly regarded.
