The Role
Finite are currently seeking an experienced User Experience Designer for a contract opportunity with long-term extension potential.
Essential Criteria:
- Extensive experience in User Experience (UX) design, particularly in large complex digital environments;
- Strong understanding of how to apply UX design principles and best practices to develop intuitive user experiences;
- Ability to understand fundamental business drivers and manage competing business priorities and trade-offs;
- Engaging presentation style, strong communication and influencing skills;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships;
- Ability to deal with complex situations under pressure;
Desirable Criteria:
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility and usability standards including WCAG 2.0, WAI-ARIA and Semantic HTM;
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams;
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members to work collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes;
