About the organisation

This leading school based on the North Shore is on the lookout for an Information Systems Manager to join their close-knit IT team and help in developing and implementing a new CRM (Iwise) system across their branches.
Reporting to Head of ICT & Principal, you will assist the team with ICT strategy; setup the information systems, BAU and work on any other adhoc duties.

Some of your key responsibilities looks like:

• Develop a roadmap for driving the ICT strategy and implementing information systems
• Lead and manage the projects while assisting with enforcing IT policies and procedures
• Implement and monitor backup, recovery, archive and redundancy systems
• Provide on-going training for staff and students with the use of ICT systems
• Liaise with Vendors, hardware and managed service providers
• Assist in keeping the IT documentation process and procedures up-to date

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong experience in SQL Database design (technical and functional), managing database and software systems
• Good project management skills
• Previous experience implementing a school management systems(Civica Iwise preferred)
• Experience using tribal/SAS/Schooledge/LMS is desired
• Relevant Tertiary qualifications and certifications
• NSW Class C Drivers License or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
