Kelly services urgently recruiting for a Technical support officer who has expertise in Video Conferencing (VC), Audio - visual (AV) support and excellent customer service skills , quick 2 months role with potential extension for a state government department .
Purpose of the role :
Assist with support that will enable end users to meet their business needs by Providing professional, efficient, and timely support to the Video and tele presence network.
Provide Training and user documentation for Video Conferencing.
Enabling delivery of quality video and conferencing services to various Agencies of the department across NSW.
Description:
Video Conferencing(VC) and Audio-Visual (AV) support.
Assist with providing first point of contact technical support for Video Conferencing (VC) and Audio Visual (AV) equipment in accordance with departments business standards, policies and operating procedures. Supporting CISCO, Polycom, Skype for Business and PEXIP solutions.
Provide professional, effective, knowledgeable and rapid Video Conferencing and Audio-Visual (AV) support
Triage, resolve or escalate support calls within agreed timescales using IT Service Management principles and logging systems
Provide support for the operation and maintenance of equipment on site
Provide support for events including setting up and operating AV and Videoconferencing equipment.
Assist with commissioning of new VC and AV installations.
Proven extensive experience in providing rapid Video Conferencing and Audio-Visual support
Strong customer focus, coupled with a strong task focus
Well-developed written and oral communications skills
Demonstrated experience in working in enterprise IT environment, including working in ITIL environments.
