About the Role
As one of the Business Analysts within this high performing team you will work with Software Developers, Architects, Test Analysts and Product Owners to analyse business, data and system interface requirements to deliver high quality features for a Payment Gateway solution.
Key Duties:
- Analyse business, data and system interface requirements
- Model business processes/workflows, and align software requirements to business strategy
- Partner with cross functional teams
- Establish relationships with all areas of the team and across all technical levels
- Support development of user and release documentation
- Work across multiple projects/work streams while still meeting deadlines
Required Experience:
- Information Technology or Software Engineering Degree
- Strong technical background with software development is mandatory
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience analysing software requirements and modelling business processes/workflows
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- High level understanding of complex software systems
- A background with Payments, Finance, eCommerce or POS will be highly regarded
