The IT Applications Service Delivery Partner will be responsible for the operational delivery of Enterprise Applications across the organisation and providing Application Support.

A leading national service provider, is looking for an IT Applications Service Delivery Partner to join their Norwest Sydney office.
The IT Applications Service Delivery Partner will be responsible for the operational delivery of Enterprise Applications across the organisation and providing Application Support.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing application services with the business to improve business functionality
- Collaborating with the business to accomplish successful application service delivery and ensuring alignment to our defined applications strategy
- Providing timely responses and solutions to incidents ensuring Service Level Agreements are met
- Ensuring high levels of customer and business satisfaction for the products/solutions and services
- Acting as the single point of contact and change agent for the business across the applications portfolio
- Collaborate with stakeholders and operational teams to prioritise enhancements across the applications portfolio
Skills required:
- Application support and service management and delivery experience
- Knowledge of Enterprise Application systems
- Experience in COTS (commercial off the shelf) systems and support (mandatory)
- Exposure to quality related practices and methodologies in relation to system administration and software implementation.
- Ideally have experience with SAP, Salesforce CRM platform & Sharepoint administration
- ITIL Foundation Certificate
- BI / DW Experience and Power BI
