Underpinning the company’s success is our IT Infrastructure and Support team in which an opportunity now exists for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Manager. Based in our head office in Doncaster, the key focus of this role is to lead and enable our IT infrastructure and Support team to provide an exceptional service across a broad range of business units.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and manage a dynamic team of IT Support staff in an office based role. This role will best suit a self-motivated, adaptable and flexible individual who is willing to challenge, be challenged and continually learn. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, along with project management, problem solving, analytical and organisational skills are essential.

• Infrastructure and Support Strategy
• Infrastructure and Support Team Leadership
• Stakeholder Communication
• External IT Service Provider Management
• Building Services Management
• Project Management
• Help Desk Performance Management

Key Selection Criteria:

• Professional qualifications such as ITIL v2, or v3 Foundation is preferred
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Information Technology preferred
• Proven experience in an IT support environment essential
