Your role

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing quality first level IT phone support to all staff nationally.
  • Providing first level support in response to customer emails and self service requests
  • Logging of all customer requests into service management system(ServiceNow) and escalate incidents/requests that cannot be resolved on first contact to the appropriate second level team
  • Management of own incident queue to ensure all requests are resolved as quickly as possible
  • Assist in the maintenance of hardware and software registers
  • Create and manage changes to user accounts
  • Assist with troubleshooting certain second level support incidents
  • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times

What you need

We welcome applications from people with:

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 7 and the Microsoft Office suite of software(preferably Office 2013)
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or related field; or extensive equivalent experience
  • Excellent technical aptitude
