Due to the continued growth and high volume of projects here at Huawei, we are seeking an expert IBC Design Engineer to work on some of the largest long term national projects. Our industry is going through an exciting and dynamic phase with high volumes of deployments across the nation and we are looking for the best skilled professionals to become part of our company.

What will the position involve?

• Responsible for the IBC design by Auto CAD or Viso
• Assisting the site acquisition consultant by being flexible with the design so as to facilitate the efficient acquisition of the site while maintaining KPI objectives
• Working under the direction of the Project Manager on project related issues
• Specifying the best coverage solution considering the equipment and materials available
• Technically direct and work with the installation team to ensure the design is implemented efficiently such that KPIs are met
• Working with the delivery team to ensure other aspects of the technical delivery are satisfied
• Working cohesively with any third parties to ensure the smooth delivery of the design
• Working cohesively with the acceptance team to ensure the site is accepted
• Understand/ prepare the walk test report and analyze the walk test data (TEMS or NEMO).
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and liaise closely with customer.
• Complete the project within the delivery target schedule and meeting the client's acceptance
• Be able to conduct site visits, walk tests and surveys independently

Who we are looking for?

• Bachelor Degree, minimum 4 years of IBC experience.
• Experience in indoor coverage design & indoor optimization
• Able to verify walk test data/ log file
• Effective Communication and Presentation Skill
• Able to work well in fast pace changing environment
• Customer oriented, proactive, self driven and able to meet tight deadlines of project
• Candidate must be willing to relocate anywhere in Australia if required
