Roles and Responsibilities:
• Demonstrates a clear understanding of customer technical needs to enable Infosys/client to offer a high-value advice and identifies solutions that suit the client requirements.
• Contributes to Enterprise Solutions technical strategy, particularly within own area of expertise, to ensure proposed solutions are appropriate to the customer.
• Carries out analysis of aspects of the customer solution to ensure that the scope, definition, and risk implications to client revenue and the customer associated with the ongoing implementation of the customer solution are fully understood.
• Owning the offshore support activities and has maintained a smooth operation for tech team and has delivered zero or minimum SLA slip.
• Assist in reviews the detailed design of large or complex solutions; questions and influences requirements to ensure that the designed solution is relevant to the customer and their expectations are managed.
• Contributes to the preparation of project and quality plans for large or complex solutions and advises project teams on any inherent solution complexity to ensure that the development of the customer solution is both effective and efficient.
• Supports senior staff through the provision of extensive and detailed technical information to ensure that bid material is accurate, complete, clear and addresses the customer's requirements.
• Evaluates technical and business implications of new products and technologies, undertaking a range and variety of complex technical or professional work activities, keeping .aware of potential areas for improvement.
Skills/Competencies:
- 4 + years of relevant experience in SAP Projects Systems (financial planning, budget mgmt, confirmation in PS) and Projects is preferred
- Good Integration knowledge with Purchasing, HR and Finance.
- Knowledge of new dimension modules like SAP PPM, Real estate management.
- Experience in the construction / infrastructure industry is preferred.
- Extremely good client interfacing skills, experience in leading Due Diligence and Business Blueprinting workshops.
- Implementation experience is desirable.
- Experience working with a multi geo delivery team.
Educational Qualifications: Engineering Bachelors or master's degree level or equivalent.
