Alphabiz Solutions is a business solution company, implementers of successful and proven Business & ERP software system that help Small to Mid-Sized companies become more efficient in their business.

We are seeking an enthusiastic & capable Software Developer, a skilled computer professional focused on the development of business software in a variety of platforms.

You will need to interact with Clients, assessing their needs and guiding the development process. You should have effective communication skills, being able to talk with both users and help them to understand aspects of software development. You will need to be able to explain technology terms and restraints to non-technical users and business managers.

You will need to be able to understand business concepts and translate them into software processes. It is essential that you can either work autonomously or as an integrated part of a team.

The selected candidate will be involved in:

• Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages;
• Database design, identification of code metrics, software reliability analysis;
• Object-oriented Design and Analysis;
• Front end user interface design;
• Prepare & execute software test plans and quality assurance;
• Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation;
• Support, maintain and document software functionality;
• Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation;
• Implement localization and globalization of software.

Your skills would ideally include but are not limited to:

• Langues: C#, VB.Net, Python;
• Databases: MS SQL, xBase/Foxpro, MS Access;
• Environments: Windows, iOS, Android, Web App & Services
• Reporting tools: Crystal Report Writer, Dev Express

You will need to have or be in the process of being qualified in software development. As a passionate software developer you will be able to lend your skills to any task from analysing requirements, exceptional programming skills, engaging screen designs, system testing, problem solving, user & technical documentation.

You will be based in Belmont, working with a friendly & supportive team.
