Are you familiar with workplace banking? This is a disruptive Australian FinTech start-up working with businesses to increase productivity, communication and collaboration through financial well-being of their teams.

Working directly with the Head of Engineering and alongside the design and product team you'll help architect and define the code that shapes the product.


As a Senior Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Delivering products with amazing user experience in a world-class engineering team
• Developing high quality software using best practices
• Lead the development of new platform capabilities
• Refactoring existing functionality and providing architectural design input
• Work hand-in-hand with product owners and designers in preparation of software specifications and interaction design for product features.

Technical requirements:  

• Strong computer science/software engineering background
• You are the kind of engineer that focuses on best practices, rather than being rooted in a specific language - C# .NET will make you stand out
• Experience with a combination of raw JavaScript, typescript and any JS frameworks
• Experience developing enterprise web applications (across the full stack).
