We are currently looking for a SAP Payroll specialist for a initial 12 month contract (with chance of extension) based in Brisbane CBD. You will have extensive experience in Australian Payroll for a 12-month contract opportunity is required for project based opportunity. The purpose of this role is to design, configure and test SAP ECC6 Payroll and Time management solution in accordance with the organisation information system standards and documentation requirements. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Provide expert advice on changes to the current solution design to ensure the system design remains robust, fit for purpose and meets business requirements.
  • Collate and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Document system configuration and procedures resulting from the project ensuring that they reflect best practice for user requirements.
  • Implement changes to the SAP system, configuring the solution to meet requirements and write specifications for ABAP programming as required.
  • Undertake testing of solution changes and support the business's User Acceptance testing.
  • Train users (if required) of the solution in accordance with the adopted functionality and operating procedures.
  • Provide expert advice and support in the completion of quality reviews and deliverables.
 Requirements:
  • At least 10 years Australian SAP HR/Payroll experience.
  • Demonstrate previous experience with development and system integration testing
  • Be able to effectively work as part of a multiple teams in BAU & Project with minimal supervision
  • Be able to work autonomously and have excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated well-developed analytical, problem solving, design and configuration and skills in SAP HR/Payroll in the following areas:
    • Organisational Management
    • Payroll (Australian)
    • HR to Fi/Co integration
    • Time Management
    • Personal Administration
    • ESS/MSS/Portal
  •   Provision of Business Analysis / Functional support of SAP Payroll by performing analysis, monitoring, troubleshooting and resolve complex SAP Payroll issues.
  • EBA, Fair Work and NES knowledge desired but not essential
  • Demonstrated expert advice on solution design and working with the business representatives to ensure the system design remains robust, fit for purpose, minimises customisation and meets requirements.
