You are a creative professional who loves the detail of digital client experiences, has a thirst for data driven insights and enjoys learning and evolving your skill set. You'll have experience across a range of CMS technologies, an understanding of marketing automation platforms and an ability to interpret requirements into designs.

We'd love it if you had:

• 3 years' of web design and development experience;

• A flair for design and usability; able to take PSD style guides an interpolate into rich UI;

• Photoshop or other applicable Adobe Creative Cloud suite (you would be working closely with our design team);

• Able to take the lead on website builds from inception, through CMS install, and configuration to development and deployment;

• Passion for producing A-grade code that is readable, clean, modularised, maintainable, extendable and testable;

• Experience with rapid prototyping and creating working wireframes;

• Knowledge and experience with JavaScript development including object-oriented JavaScript programming skills;

• Excellent working knowledge of technologies and frameworks - build tools, package managers, template engines, debugging and profiling tools etc;

• In-depth experience with cross-browser issues, testing approaches and solutions;

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to successfully conduct quality assurance for production systems;

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working in a team or with minimal supervision;

• Experimental and proactive mindset - willing to push boundaries and secure quick wins to ensure buy-in for innovative work; and

• Ability to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment with minimal oversight.
