Dialog requires an experienced Business Development Manager with excellent sales and account management skills to join our expanding Microsoft Dynamics practice, with responsibility for growing and managing our business in Victoria. You will be part of a strong and focussed national team, and supported by experienced specialists who are the best in the business.
Dialog seeks people who have these capabilities:
- At least five years’ Sales/Account Management experience
- Strong knowledge of ERP and/or CRM concepts and business processes
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics products is desirable
- Proven track record of successful ERP/CRM sales
- Ability to translate customer requirements and present business case and benefits
- Excellent verbal and written communication and proposal preparation skills
- Demonstrable ability to create and grow lasting customer relationships
