The Role

This role will be responsible for the following:

• Project delivery, continuous improvement in project deliverables, expert  technical knowledge in service based complex client environments, contribute to the overall performance of the professional services division.
• Design and document present proposed solutions, including migration and test plans
• Implementation
• Consultation and migration of customers from legacy environments to new infrastructure
• Providing third tier support of escalated issues

The successful candidate will demonstrate capabilities across the following: 

• Hyper- V / VMware
• Azure and 0365 design, build and migration
• RDS / Citrix  
• Backup and Disaster Recovery
• Networking routing & switching
• Access Management
• Hybrid cloud Services
• VDI infrastructure environments

Skills & Experience

• MS Azure certification
• 5+ Years practical experience in either an enterprise, consulting or MSP environment.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements and specifications into easily understood business concepts.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and analysing skills.
• ITIL Foundation Certification desirable
