Digital Delivery and Support officer
This is an entry level position to the fascinating world of Digital Media Operations.This role is to assist with day to day digital operations success; by monitoring and maintaining the digital infrastructure of my clients digital advertisement assets.
Ensuring all the digital assets are operational and confirming the contents are playing properly using monitoring system and various other operational tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Remote Managing and monitoring digital asset operations including alerts management
- Liaison with Sales Admin and IT department to ensure content delivery
- Digital and other projects as required
- Liaise with other operational managers/supervisors to improve overall operational efficiency and maintain consistency
- Carry out Workplace Health & Safety Monitoring in accordance with company guidelines
- Compile and update operational procedures, manuals and instructions relating to digital assets and delivery.
- Undertake other tasks, as directed by the Department Manager and for which they have been trained to do
- A high standard of interpersonal and communication skills.
- Remain up to date with digital technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor in IT/Computer Science/Telecom or equivalent experience preferred.
- High level of computing skills with understanding of Linux operating system
- Familiar with Microsoft office product such as outlook and excel
- Generic knowledge of computing component repair
