In addition to our POS system Bepoz offers fully integrated Digital Signage, CCTV and Paging solutions.

We are currently on the search for Point of Sale System Implementation & Support Expert to expand our customer service team in Brisbane.

We are seeking an individual with 3+ years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of hospitality POS systems (preferably as a sys admin in Pubs/Clubs or Groups).

Responsibilities & Duties involve:

  • Implementing and supporting POS systems into hospitality businesses
  • Supporting end users remotely and onsite
  • Training end users on POS, Inventory and Loyalty Systems
  • Implementing POS, Inventory and Loyalty systems into Pubs and Clubs
  • Working both in-house and onsite
  • Documenting technical issues and liaising with in-house development and with customers
  • Ensuring customers’ requests are met

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience implementing and managing POS, Inventory and Loyalty Systems for venues
  • Hospitality Experience, working in Pubs or large F&B Venues is advantageous
  • Ability to work alone and in a team
  • Strong IT Skills including networking, Windows Server Skills, SQL
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and expectations
  • Commitment and dedication to delivering the customer with a positive experience
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact with all levels of staff in a venue
  • A positive and pleasant personality
  • Ability to take full responsibility of the project and ensure a successful implementation
  • Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
