Our client is an impressive software organisation, working with some of Australia's most reorganised brands. Their software's primary focus is to ensure that both human and capital assets are utilised, minimising inefficient processes and maximising productivity and reducing down time.
With an ever-increasing consumer base, they are well placed to deliver exciting projects for their key clients. Due to an increased work load, our client now has a need for a dedicated Test Lead to set up the testing environment.
The successful candidate will get the chance to own the testing space as the sole tester within the technology team. You will take the lead in designing and introducing best practise automation test capabilities. As the sole tester strong communication skills will be required to deal with a number of key business stakeholders to ensure the production of reliable and robust enterprise grade software.
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and attributes:
- 5 years plus testing experience
- Experience in setting up Automation frameworks from scratch
- Test Leadership is required
- Strong stakeholder management
- SCRUM and Agile based software development experience
- Java background
- Exposure of SQL databases is desirable
- Strong stakeholder management
- Passionate about technology trends
