Fantastic Level 1 Service Desk Analyst permanent position based in the South East suburbs of Melbourne.
You will have the following skills/ experience:
- Previous experience within a previous Service Desk or Helpdesk.
- Understanding the use of a Ticketing System.
- Provide level 1 and escalation support to business end-users
- Provide assistance and troubleshoot problems relating to unsupported product (eg, Terminal Server environments, firewall and VPN)
- Liaise with relevant external vendors/ customers
- Be responsible for PC software install/ uninstall process
- Troubleshooting on software applications, monitor and report any performance issues
