About the Opportunity
Reporting to the PMO Lead for the transformation program as the Program Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the development and management of the risk mitigation and issue resolution process for the Program.
This will include maintaining and providing a 360-degree view of all the project streams across all key indicators – budget, time, resources, earned value and risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and consolidate project level reporting
- Develop and manage Program level reporting
- Coordinate and schedule key Program meetings
- Work closely with the integrated Master scheduler to understand project delivery
- Oversee the development of effective risk mitigation and issue resolution plans with project team members and SME’s
- Manage the Change, Risk, Issues and Key Decisions process and identify ways to operate more effectively
- Responsible for supporting the overall Program governance and control
- Leverage the information gathered to identify potential stress points and provide early warning for the Control Function to evaluate and action
- Develop a broad understanding and view of the Program
- Able to factor in scope change and its impact on project deliverables
About You
- Proven experience in similar role within a large IT transformation project
- Strong communication and team working skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong program co-ordination skills
- Strong reporting skills (especially use of Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel)
- Project management qualifications highly regarded
- Prior exposure to SAP/S4 Hana implementation highly regarded
