About the Opportunity
Reporting to the PMO Lead for the transformation program as the Master Scheduler you will be responsible for the development of the overall master schedule, capturing all internal project streams and external providers (e.g. systems integrator) and cross work stream dependencies.
You will collaborate with key project stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure the schedule is maintained and fully resourced, contributing to the overall success of the transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and oversight of the total schedule
- Identifying and building dependencies (internal, external and cross workstream) as appropriate into the schedule
- Identifying any scheduling risks and issues across the Program (e.g. staff over / under resourced, timelines aggressive)
- Support the risk, issue and decision processes as required by providing scheduling insight and analysis (duration, effort, dependencies etc)
- Develop and maintain separate high level visual representations of the detailed schedule suitable for distribution
- Establish and deliver key reports, as required, in order to communicate and track performance across

- Provide information to support broader governance and control
- Provide leadership on the key areas of project scheduling: scheduling templates, scheduling cycles and enhancements etc
- Become the ‘go to’ person for Microsoft project / scheduling queries
- Build, encourage and role model the development of a positive, respectful team environment
About You/Your Impact!
- Proven experience in similar role within a large IT transformation project
- Strong communication and team working skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong program scheduling skills (including extensive use of Microsoft Project)
- Able to distil scheduling issues down to critical decisions / dependencies
- Able to influence multiple parties to deliver plans & actions
- Attention to detail
- Project management qualifications highly regarded but not essential
- Prior exposure to SAP/S4 Hana implementation highly regarded
