The Role:

Reporting to the .Net Team Lead, this full-stack developer will work with the development team to ensure delivery of quality solutions that meet business requirements. The role will operate in the.Net space on our B2B applications, but will need to be able to work with other technology development teams in order to deliver complete solutions.

The successful candidate must be highly competent in the following:

• ASP.NET or MVC, HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
• Server-side web development (substantial experience in last 7 years).
• Must be experienced in Angular 2+ or higher
• Ability to implement a web site with and without libraries like Bootstrap and Angular 2+

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating system design documentation and task estimates.
• Evaluating system specifications against business requirements.
• Implementing high quality software solutions in line with business requirements.
• Producing quality code that is readable and maintainable by the team.
• Planning and executing testing across multiple platforms and solutions.
• Help to mentor other team members.
• Deploy complete solution to production environment.
• Work on customer support.

In addition to the above core competencies, the ideal candidate will possess the following desirable skills and experience:

• At least 12 years of experience in software development and at least 8 years of experience in web development using .Net and IIS platforms.
• Solid practical programming skills in .Net 4+ or later, C#, ASP.Net, MVC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Web API, MVC, JSON.
• Experience in OOD/OOP.
• Demonstrated experience working in SDLC and Agile (Scrum) environments.
• Practical experience developing solutions for multiple browsers (eg. IE7+, compatibility mode of IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari) on multiple platforms, including Windows, iOS and Android.
• Experience in B2B or B2C website development preferred.
• Experience in building mobile websites, hybrid applications or mobile applications highly regarded.
• Designing, implementing and deploying solutions to Microsoft Azure highly regarded.
• Knowledge of Windows Forms or WPF highly regarded
• Experience in integration to external solutions and experience with TDD on both client and server side highly regarded.
• Experience in working on enterprise applications in mid to large organisations as well as the ability to grasp the broader business domain.
