Our client in Darwin is currently looking for 6 x Business Analysts for a large Health program. Reporting to the Project Manager, the BAs will be responsible for:

• Establishing and managing effective working relationships with relevant key stakeholders.
• Applying business analysis methodologies and tools for determining and documenting requirements, objectives, outcomes, processes, procedures, work instructions and workflows.
• Supporting the configuration of the new systems to meet business requirements.
• Taking ownership of business analysis activities and ensure work packages are delivered on time, to expected quality standards and as per scope, as agreed with Project Manager
• Communicating any issues in relation to the achievement of targets

Experience and skills required:

• Demonstrated extensive experience as a Business Analyst, including experience facilitating workshops with a range of stakeholder groups and documenting outcomes and recommendations in order to develop future state business processes.
• Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirements, and undertaking 'as is' and 'to be' gap analysis.
• Demonstrated experience working on a large program under tight timeframes, undertaking business analysis activities, developing deliverables, producing process maps and other process collateral using the BPMN 2.0 standard.
• Experience and general familiarity with Health industry clinical terminology, data and systems.
• Demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst in a complex environment with numerous organizational entities and stakeholders, and
• Experience working with high performing teams with high priority deliverables.

The successful candidates must be willing to relocate to Darwin (NT).
