Your Job
You will be assisting the IT Department facilitate the adoption of Salesforce into TEAR. You will provide general guidance to the IT Department on Salesforce knowledge whilst also assisting with custom coding. A key requirement is for you to skill up our IT Department’s understanding of Salesforce and how it can best be utilised within TEAR.
Is this you?
- You are a problem solver and enjoy the challenge of working through issues to find effective outcomes.
- You are able to manage existing and help create new reports/dashboards based on business requirements.
- Have the ability to develop Visualforce pages, Apex classes & triggers, Apex test classes, Lightning components, Flows, Workflows and Business Process Builders and other admin level configuration.
- Are able to perform data loading/extractions.
- Assist with customizations that will help with business performance.
- Enjoy sharing your Salesforce knowledge with others to help enhance their understanding of the system.
