We are a national technology solutions provider who pride ourselves on providing solutions in technology to our clients.
An entry level position on our Service Desk which deals directly with our business clients needs to be filled. This role will be based in our Melbourne office.
As a Service Desk Analyst, your day to day duties will involve providing off-site and phone support to clients who call us.
This will involve working as a team but also autonomously.
You must be willing to be available to work a rotating roster which includes weekends.
It is essential that you are a client oriented person and able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients on the phone.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and will need to have the following skills and abilities.
* How a POS system works- NCR Aloha experience preferred
* Basic hardware, software and network troubleshooting
* Entry level knowledge of Linux operating system
* Entry level knowledge of Windows operating system
* Experience in remote support tools
To be successful in this role, you will need to be well presented, have a calm disposition and be able to work well in pressure situations. You will need to be able to work autonomously and as a team.
